New Lobster Menu for the Summer

Everyone coming to Maine is looking for lobster right?  After spending the day checking out the lighthouses and walking the beautiful rocky beaches, that is exactly what most of us have in mind to complete the perfect Maine experience.  If you are sitting at the bar here at Seasons you will often hear the question, "Where can we go to get a good lobster dinner?"  Well in response to that we have created a great little menu devoted to lobster.  Tourists and locals alike are heading to Seasons for a taste of Maine at reasonable prices.  Want a lobster roll?  Try Chef Emmy Anderson's version:  she mixes chunks of lobster with a citrus mayo and bakes her own English muffins for it.  Want the full experience?  Put on your bib and crack into a whole lobster or two.  But if you don't want to do the work, we can offer you the naked lobster, sauteed in butter and ready to eat.  So the new question is, "Why would you spend your valuable time trekking around Portland, wasting gas, fighting for parking, elbowing through crowds for lobster?"  And the response is, you won't if you come down to Seasons Grille.
